I spent Christmas at this hotel and I enjoyed the festive decorations and holiday spirit in the lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions and shopping centers.
My room was not up to par. The heating system was not sufficient enough to keep the room warm during the chilly nights, and the shower pressure was low. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. It was unfortunate that the hotel did not meet my expectations for the room and dining experience.

We had an amazing stay in this city and the hotel made it even better. Its cleanliness was superb, making us feel very comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities, including the breakfast buffet and transportation options, were great. The staff was very friendly too, making us feel right at home.
Can't fault anything about it.

During Christmas, there were a couple of enjoyable things offered at this hotel. the staff was cordial and accommodating, always on hand to provide assistance. the hotel had a prime location, providing easy access to main attractions. there was a lovely live music show at the lounge that we thoroughly enjoyed.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. we were assigned a twin room instead of the double room we had booked.
